Last Chance for First Takes of Senior Portraits

On Tuesday, December 14th and Friday, December 17th, seniors who missed the first round of portraits can have their photos taken in ROOM 3009 after the exams are over.

Click on the date and session you will be signing up for.  Place your name and ID in an available time slot. After filling in a time slot with your name and ID number, click on the link in Column F, fill out the form.  Both of these actions (filling in spread sheet with info and filling out the form) MUST take place to sign you up for an appointment.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DAY:

Thank you for choosing the time for your portraits! Please fill in this form with your contact information and the time you signed up. ARRIVE 5 MINUTES EARLY to ROOM 3009 and be READY TO GO! If late, you may loose your spot. Come dressed in your formal wear, make up done, ready to go! Please use your non DISD email in order for you to get your responses to this form sent back to you.

First Photo will be you in your FORMAL wear. (Dress like you are going to a wedding or a important job interview. Photos will be from the knees up. NO T-SHIRTS will be allowed for formal shot. See examples in previous posts)

Second Photo: You will put on a graduation GOWN over your formal wear. We will provide a gown to wear for the photo. If you have your own, you can wear it!

Lastly, send a scanned photo of yourself, between ages 2 - 8, in an email with your first name, last name and ID to woodrowportraits@gmail.com. If you can't get it scanned, then bring a COPY (because it won't be returned) to this photo session in an envelope with your full name written on the back of the photo. We must receive your childhood photo by December 18th in order for it to be included in the yearbook.
