Last Chance for Underclassmen Portraits

This is the LAST chance to have your portrait taken for the yearbook!

All photos will be taken in the Room 3009. Due to COVID, we will have a sign up system for appointment times.  The photos will just take a few minutes and you'll be done!  Please arrive 5 minutes early to be ready.  

The whole process shouldn't take more than 5 - 10 minutes including your 5 minute early arrival!  

Wear a casual shirt or dress nicely, or wear your team uniform. Your choice!

Before Portrait Day: SIGN UP

Click on link below to sign up for an appointment for your portraits.  All appointments are on a first come/first serve sign up basis.  Open to all grades 9 - 11. 

Wednesday March 24th  12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Once link is open:

1. Pick a time slot.  Each time slot has 3 openings.

2. Type in your last name, first name, ID and grade.

3.  Click on the link in column H, to fill out the form needed to complete your appointment.

4.  WRITE DOWN your date and time of the appointment.  DON'T be late or missed it!

Please bring an 8.5" X 11" piece of plain paper with your last name, first name, ID, grade and time of appointment written on it in nice big letters as shown above.  This will help speed up the process

On PORTRAIT DAY:

ARRIVE 5 MINUTES EARLY to Room 3009 and be READY TO GO!  If late, you may lose your spot. 

Come dressed in casual wear or your team uniform or a Woodrow T-Shirt , make up done, ready to go!
